• REGISTRATION

1-2 Your account shall be used exclusively by you and you shall not transfer your account to any third party. If you authorize any third party to manage your account on your behalf this shall be at your own responsibility and risk without any liability on Jitc Express, whatsoever.

 

• SHIPPING POLICY

1-1      Delivery service is available to all areas in Egypt.

As soon as we receive the shipments from the client, we will prepare them and contact the customers to confirm their shipments and the delivery date available for them on the next day, and then follow up on the delivery of all shipments to customers through our customer service department.

 

• SHIPPING SERVICE

1-1 Normal Shipping The order is delivering within two days of receiving the shipment.

1-2 Express shipping the order is delivering on the next day of receiving the shipment, provided that the shipment is received before 1 o'clock in the evening.

1-3 Pricing is determined by chosen the governorate and area by registering on the site and following up with our sales department.

1-4 The delivery time varies for each governorate, with a maximum of four working days from the date of receipt
